Our drone uses an atomized spray to apply sanitation solutions to surfaces. With the gusts created by the propellers on the drone, we are able to cover more surface area in less time.
Our drone features four atomized nozzles and customized brackets to tether a hose to a pump system. Beyond the drone, we include a chemical tank, pump, and hose to couple with the drone. The tank, pump, and hose can be stored in the back of a truck, work van, or trailer.
Because the tanks remain on the ground and pump to the drone, there isn’t a limitation on tank size. We generally recommend having a 100 gallon tank, although you could use a 50 gallon tank, or a combination of multiple tanks for chemical storage.
Our drones currently have roughly 25 minute flight time with real-time battery updates when they need to be changed. Swapping batteries takes roughly one minute.
Currently, we use 300’ worth of hose on our reels, but we could add additional length for “harder-to-reach” places.
Yes. We do our hardware and software development in-house and our technology is developed with modularity in mind. This allows us to quickly cater to the needs of our customers.
Our largest drone is a hexacopter (6 arms). Unfolded, the drone is roughly 53 inches in diameter and 24 inches tall. When you fold the drone, it fits into a 24” cubed travel case.
The drone is tethered via hose to an on-ground pump. The pump transfers sanitation solutions from the tank, through the hose, and dispenses the liquid out of the nozzles attached to the drone.
Yes. Our design allows us to easily change nozzles in a matter of seconds. Nozzles can be interchanged for various flow rates and spray patterns that are matched for the specific need.
The drone was designed with a multitude of failsafes to keep the drone in the air. However, in the off chance that the worst case scenario happens, the damages will be minor, assuming safety protocols were followed. For the majority of sanitation applications, the drone is only 10-15 feet off the ground. At this height, you may need to replace an arm and motor or two, but these are quick fixes.
Yes! We pride ourselves on keeping your drones in the air. We offer remote technical support and data maintenance and can quickly ship backup drones.
You can use a ATP sensor before cleaning to show the presence of bacteria/viruses on a surface and then take another sample after our operations to show that the surface is clean.
The misting spray pattern of our nozzles and the downward energy generated from the mist allows us to effectively distribute chemicals to cover large surface areas. If you would like additional insurance that we have effectively sanitized a particular spot, you may request a test to quickly prove the effectiveness.
No. Our drones are built and programmed with ease-of-use in mind.
We generally train a company and its employees on how to operate our drones. However, in unique circumstances, we can provide a pilot for specific projects.
Third party companies wishing to operate our drone will need to obtain drone aviation insurance. We have partnered with an insurance company to create a streamlined process to allow you to quickly obtain necessary coverage.
In order to fly our drone, you must obtain your FAA Part 107 license. We offer online study materials to help you prepare for your test. Out of over 20,000 people that have taken this online study course, there is a 99% success rate!
Yes, we provide hands-on flight training to ensure that you and your employees are competent pilots.
For basic flight controls, most pilots are able to begin effectively flying within 5 minutes. However, we spend a full day with new pilots to run through various scenarios, safety precautions, and make sure they are appropriately prepared for the majority of situations that may occur on the job.
